In the event that you are not happy with your order we accept returns within 15 days of your order delivery date. We do not offer exchanges due to the nature of our business as we produce one of a kind items.
To make a return simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to walk you through the process. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged items. We do not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
The item you are returning is your responsibility until we receive it. As a result, it is recommended you send the goods to us with a delivery service that provides a tracking number and insures you for the value of goods.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
